St. Martin’s was an unknown in Louisiana High School football, but running back Harlem Berry has changed all of that. Berry is considered the top running back in the Class of 2025 and he’s heading to LSU after this season.
Riverside reached the Division IV state title game only to lose to Southern Lab 42-35.
It was the Rebels’ first state title game appearance since winning the school’s lone title in 2016. Senior Dedric Lastie is back after rushing 2,528 yards and 42 touchdowns last season. Junior quarterback Brock Bourgeois threw 14 touchdown passes last season.
